Hi all! I'm setting up a newer nonprofit org and trying to integrate Elevate. I followed all the steps provided (https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sfdo.EL_NPSP_Prerequisites.htm&type=5) and am still getting the attached errors. The president of the nonprofit originally set things up so I'm kind of going backwards to make sure everything is good. The integration user has all the correct permission sets so I'm kind of at a loss for what's wrong. My next step would be to delete the integration user and start from scratch...has anyone else worked through these issues? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! #Elevate
Just in case anyone else has this issue, simply disconnect your org from elevate and reconnect, and this should solve the issue. Salesforce support gave me this solution.
