Dear all, I need help on a business need.
My client has a partner which refers leads to him. The lead is captured from a form in which I have the referring person email.
I need, each time the lead evolves in the sales process (becomes an opportunity, opportunity status changes), the referring person receives an email with a description of the change (i.e. : your lead "World Company" has evolves from "negotiation" to "closed won").
The partner has more than 4500 referring persons, and there can be more than 2000 leads per month, so potentially thousands of update notifications to be sent.
We can't use experience cloud.
Are there any alternatives ? Maybe with Pardot ?
