I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to customize Individual Email Result object so that we can include Case Id from data extension on IER record. I can create a custom field on IER object in Sales Cloud but how to map on Marketing Cloud side?

@Michelle Hallangen I'm not sure what Block Bounce is in your use case (custom field?). We didn't find a way for Marketing Cloud to populate custom fields on IER. Perhaps if the custom field is populated within Salesforce, it works differently.
