Yes I follow all steps. Now I've resolve the problem simply changing the language, from Italian to English, finally the option is available. Anyway thanks a lot for helping me! :)

Hi Laura, how frustrated you must be! I also had an issue for the first time. Please follow this step. Set up -> Object manager -> contact-> Fields & relationship -> click "New" tap-> You can find " Currency" from there. After clicking " currency", make sure to click the tap "Next" , Then you will find the Field Label. You need to type Loan Amount as Field label. Hope it helps!
