I am having an issue, I have two different trailhead profiles. One has all of my badges and one has my active credential. The one that has the credential cannot be edited and it can only be viewed. I want to merge both the profiles so that I can see my credentials and badges on one profile. I have logged a case with Trailhead but no response. I have tried searching online for help but no luck.
Please advise what should I do. I have to maintain my credentials before it gets expired after due date.

Basically I connected my previous company's email address to my trailhead account. Then I signed up for partner learning camp using that company's email address which resulted in separating my trailhead accounts into two separate accounts. I disconnected that company's email address from my trailhead but that did not merge both the accounts. My webassesor and trailhead emails addresses are the same but still when I try to merge the accounts the verification code is going to the old company's email address. This is my guess. Please let me know if it makes sense and if there is a workaround for this.
