We couldn't find SAML enabled in your org's setup audit trail. Make sure that you have 'SAML Enabled' checked under 'Federated Single Sign-On Using SAML' in your org's 'Single Sign-On Settings'. If you already enabled SAML, try disabling and re-enabling it, and then check the challenge again.
I have enabled and disabled multiple times but still error appears, why ???
