Campaign with Campaign Members Report - All Time

Hello All,

I want to create a campaign with campaign members report with filter set to ALL TIME. The field which I am using for filter is MEMBER FIRST ASSOCIATED DATE field. I cannot apply the ALL TIME filter to this in the report. Please assist in how can I add the ALL TIME filter to show Campaign with Campaign Member All Time.
