Hi everyone, reaching out with a question about the Usage list that is shown upon clicking into Pardot campaigns (see screenshot for example). In my client's' account, automation rules are generally not getting auto-populated here. Could anyone suggest a way to make sure that automation rules using that campaign get added to the Usage list please? Thank you!!
Weird, I don't see "Usage" on my Pardot Campaigns. You probably have an old connector version (v1?), also by the path you gave me "(Home > Marketing > Campaigns)" leads me to believe you are on the Pardot Classic interface still (pi.pardot.com) Just a friendly reminder that Salesforce is deprecating the Classic app this year & I'd suggest getting on that Lightning train. All said you might want to update the connector version to V2 & get on LEX so you can use all the new Pardot features, like, for example, Engagement History. Hope that helps, good luck!
