hello guys, I'm new to salesforce I'm trying to import contacts from production to sandbox(Full). Are there any steps I need to follow as it keeps failing.

@Stella s to suggest a basic step: have you tried going into Contacts and changing the list view to viewing those as 'All Contacts' (and perhaps search for some to confirm) just to review what is already in your sandbox?
