I have created record triggered flow on quote which call the approval process.
1) the flow is triggering when the quote is already synced and when I change the discount to greater than 50
2)the flow not triggered because is Changed condition fails as discount already grater than 50 and then I am trying to sync quote to opportunity
why the flow is not triggered in second condition?

Your issue here is that first, you make the change, then save, then sync. It shoudl be synced first, then changed for your flow to trigger
I woudl suimply go with the 1st 2 criteria, then select "Only when a record is updated to meet the condition requirements"
