Hi folks. Apologies for the basic question. I'm trying to create a simple report that lists our Salesforce users & the Accounts they have access to. I thought a simple Custom Report would be the solution. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There is no way you can achieve using Report for this. if you want to know for a particular record and for a particular user, you can use SOQL.
