Is anyone using Drift?

If so, what has been your experience? We are looking to layer it on our SF Chat, yet I'm not convinced how they will play nicely together.

User Engagement & Digital Adoption

This group welcomes conversations around the success stories and challenges of user engagement, digital adoption and in-app guidance. Current Hot Topics! We are here to share best practice and take the opportunity to learn from others. Anyone involved in creating and sharing documentation, change management and organisational process, training or content, will find something of interest here. We encourage all to share what works for you (and what doesn't) so that as a community we explore the topic of User Engagement with a focus on becoming better and more efficient at what we do. Thank you for joining in. Simon.
