We identify business customers with a CIF Number. In FSC, a CIF has a single RelationshipID but can have multiple ContactIDs - or no ContactID at all. When importing a CSV population of Campaign Members, FSC want to use a ContactID. We didn't send a letter to each contact within the CIF/company/relationship; we sent it to the company. I need to add Campaign Members at the CIF/RelationshipID level, not the ContactID level. Has anyone been able to do this? If so, how?
