Is it a good practice to create different org for different app or I should use single org and create different app i that org. I am just doing this for practice purpose only. Please suggest.

Salesforce org comes with license which are costlier and depends upon your customer requirements if they need a single org with a single app .
At salesforce it does not bother if you put all yr apps into single org as you maintain security and access via profiles access .
If its dummy org go ahead and add multiple aps into same org as maintainability would be easy rather single org for single apps .
