I have just completed the developer's course with SFRA. I have signup for a developer sandbox of my own (30 days trial).
I cannot see the business manager for me to do some development as after login it always send me to a "lighting" side experience.
The free developer sandbox gives me this:
But I want to use the same interface of my course which is this:
Please help me.

@Pedro Veloso, Nikhil is right. There is not a public sign-up for a B2C Sandbox. The sandbox from class lasts for 30 days from the first day of class. After that, you would need to get one from your employer if you work for a customer or partner.
The picture above is a standard core Salesforce organization, not a B2C sandbox.
