We receive many support files (pdf, images, etc.) from external people via email . The file gets downloaded to a local drive and uploaded to a custom object. However randomly at the upload moment the user gets the error "You can't upload folders or 0-byte files". It is not a 0-byte file. The user also downloaded the file again and just added "a" to the name and could upload it. But it keeps happening with other files. Any ideas on what could be happening? #FILES #SalesCloudAskAnExpert

Thank you everybody. Since it was happening to only one user, the probable cause was the computer. Updating Adobe solved the problem.
