Hello,
I have developed the Einstein Whats app bot. When I test it, I observed below behavior.
When I send message to Einstein whats app bot from my first Whatsapp number, I didn't received any response message.
When I send message to Einstein whats app bot from my second Whatsapp number, I received the response messages from Bot.
My first message which bot sends, "How can i help you". This is only visible when I send message from my second whatsapp number.
What can be the reason of this? Could anyone please give the path so I can find the solution of this problem?

Thank @Manoj Nambirajan for responding. Thanks for your kind help. My issue get resolved. Actually, If I do not optout from the current chat, I can't start the new chat again with same whats app number.
