Looking for help with a scenario, I need to turn a record read only after a certain date every month. I have 12 records that get generated and updated month or month for the year. On the 15th of each month, I need the prior month to Freeze/Lock be made "Read Only".
I was thinking validation rule
but wanted to see if there were any suggestions

OPk, so a validation rule on this object like this should work (I asume the Year field is a text field since there's no comma):
