Hi.
Account has three record types. I added a record to my Account with that one partner record type, but I don't see that record in my sales profile (I can see it in my admin profile). In this sales profile setting I set the Account object to be "referenceable" and confirmed that all Account record types were "referenceable". Please let me know if there is anything else I should change to display the record and record type.
