We have an integrating going where an outside system generates an opportunity AND a quote. I want that so when this happens, an email sends out that has both of the links for the records in it. So, I have it so quote created by equals "Integration User". I have the links both in there for the template
#Sales Cloud, but I only get the link for the new quote through and can't get the link for the attached opportunity for some reason. I think it has to do with CPQ and I can't establish a connection between the two, but unsure. Any ideas?
Hi Sharah! Thanks for responding. Yes, I believe it has to come from the quote object, because every quote is attached to an opportunity, but not vice-versa. So, yes it has been coming back blank.
