Hi All, Our workplace switched from Salesforce Classic to Lightning last week. Off the back of the migration, I've received this query from our marketing team: when they need to share a Campaign with our whole business unit, in Classic they would select "Roles and Internal Subordinates" as the sharing group and select "General Manager" as the role. This would then share the Campaign across the whole business unit, as we all report up to the General Manager (please find attached a photo of this from Classic). However, "Roles and Internal Subordinates" is no longer available as a sharing group in Lightning. The only options in Lightning are "Public Groups", "Roles" and "Users". Would anyone know how we can achieve the same result in Lightning as we did in Classic when sharing to the "Roles and Internal Subordinates" group?
Hi @Cyrille Ocariz and @Udayakumar M (Samsung) I am also facing the issue as my customer is saying that option "Roles and Internal Subordinates" is not available in lightning environment, but it is available in classic environment.
Please let me know if any one of you can help me on this.
