Designers, what would you say to services organizations from a Salesforce partner player that UX/UI means only delivering a nice and professional front-end.   I come from 2 companies in this situation, they don't have a specialized team, culture, and awareness related to UX/UI.  My guesses are: 1- map internal delivery process and leverage with UX methodologies 2- get people aware through the trailhead 3- start with small initiatives putting UX into practice  I feel afraid to push this idea to my peers because I don't have enough customer-leading experience to get them through a UX workshop. ( 4-5 years of experience as a consultant - not an architect yet ). Should I wait until I become more experienced to raise this topic?  What you would suggest?  I think this is the scenario that many people are facing right now. your thoughts might be valuable here :) thank you.

Ooh, such a great conversation starter, @Lucas Masiero! (@Adam Doti, if you're ever in Hawaii I'd love to jump in on that chat 😉) I have to say that you're in a great spot to make the biggest impact in UX at the companies you're with. It might be tough in the beginning and you'll face some pushback, but your guesses as to how to approach it is a great start. And that's the thing - just start somewhere! Don't wait until you feel ready enough to bring it up!
