Student Success Hub for Higher Education and K-12
This Winter ‘22 Release brings the exciting evolution of Advisor Link to Student Success Hub, and with that comes a deepened focus on persistence with the launch of new Retention Tools. We know most institutions already know a lot about which students will face additional challenges - first generation students, transfer students, those in their first term, for example. And with Student Success Hub, Higher Ed and K-12 staff can create success plans to support any population segment with appropriate interventions that they know will work best. Those plans can then be tracked by higher ed students with an integrated chatbot that proactively nudges students to complete tasks or ask for help when they need it.
With pre-built reports and Tableau dashboards to capture data-driven insights, staff can ensure that no student falls through the cracks. Whether they need help with academics or, increasingly, broader issues related to health and wellbeing, students require flexible options for advising appointments. For this reason, Student Success Hub supports every model of engagement - online, hybrid or in person appointments, group sessions, self-serve scheduling and more. And as part of the Winter ‘22 release, we added a new student-facing scheduling wizard. Now higher ed students can also schedule appointments based on location, timing, and topic - and they can do it all from their mobile phone.
Admissions Connect - Mobile Responsive Applicant Portal
With our latest enhancements to Admissions Connect, prospective students can apply to a college or university directly from their phone. They can view the status and content of their application and upload any required documents using the Applicant Experience Portal. And then they can check on the status of their application 24/7 using the pre-configured chatbot that integrates with Admissions Connect, accessing updates via text, Whatsapp, Facebook or Slack. These mobile-first experiences are an important step toward ensuring the success of every applicant, including those who may not have access to a laptop or computer at home.
We are also excited to announce the launch of a closed pilot for our newest integration tool, Data Mover. From purchased lists, to common flat file uploads, this tool is designed to help you stage, map, and identify potential duplicates when importing Leads and Contacts with all of their related information into Admissions Connect and the Education Data Architecture. We’ve heard from so many of you how much time you spend on these activities, and are looking forward to seeing how Data Mover can help to simplify this task with reusable mapping templates. Education Data Architecture (EDA) Enhancements
The Winter ‘22 release of EDA introduces support for 14 different achievements and learning experiences to its data model, empowering users to display this information within the context of a comprehensive learner record. In addition, the new Release Management tab within EDA Settings provides a central location for system administrators to manage Education Cloud releases, providing more time to test new features in your sandbox before activating them in production based on a timeline that works for your institution. Finally, we’re thrilled to deliver our highest voted idea on the IdeaExchange - the ability to mark addresses inactive.
