Seasonal Address Not Converting Once the Date expires

In my NPSP instance, our Seasonal Addresses are not being automatically switch back to the main address once the seasonal address date has expired. Can anyone point me in the direction for a fix?

    @Cori O'Brien​ @Shelly Espich​ I was curious to understand how the street, city, state and country could affect the NPSP trigger not working. I too would like to know what could cause the trigger to stop working. Shelly, does the trigger work when you update the address or create a new seasonal record and the start date is today? And, has it only stopped working for when there should be an automatic change?
