Our consulting firm (the folks that built our instance) created a set of roles and profiles for our different types of users. However, when I assigned users a Program Management role and a Program User profile, some of them had difficulty accessing data they need to see. To make it stranger, this only happened to a subset of users. The rest of them (with the exact same Program Management role and Program User profile) had no problem seeing the very same data. Thoughts?
