I've been doing a weekly import of donations for the last month through the NPSP Data Import object. I've noticed that some of each Contact's membership fields are being given values despite those fields not being part of the data import spreadsheet. The specific fields are Last Membership Level, Last Membership Date, Total Membership Amount, Last Membership Amount, and Number of Memberships.
Most of these contacts don't have a membership history with us and were only making donations. I assume this is due to an automatic roll-up, but where can I change this process? Sorry for the ignorance - I inherited our system configuration from a previous admin.
Also, if I correct this issue going forward, will it also clear the membership info for the last month of imports (close to 1,000 contacts)?
Yes, it worked! That membership info is no longer showing up where it shouldn't. Thanks for the tip.
