I'm wondering if anyone has recommendations for integrating Gmail with Salesforce? Specifically I'm trying to help an Executive Assistant who gets an enormous volume of email - I'd like her to be able to add or update Contact records in Salesforce from Gmail directly. We don't need Calendar sync or any other advanced features.

We also use Cirrus. I tested a few others and was also a fan of Ebsta (https://www.ebsta.com/), which is free for the first 3 users at your company.
