Hi all! I have a question about expected behavior when matching Accounts (Account1 Name) while using the NPSP Data Import Tool. I understand that Contact matching is not case sensitive, but it appears that Account matching is case sensitive. Ideally, the data will be clean and capitalized correctly prior to import, but since this isn't always the case, this will create Account dupes upon importing. Is this expected behavior? If so, are there any workarounds for this issue? Thanks!
