Users can no longer assign a partial soft credit

Despite having the system admin profile, I am no longer able to manage soft credits for opportunities in our system. Was there a change made in the most recent release that I missed?

Thanks - I did have this all correct. But I opened as if to edit and re-saved and now everything is working okay. Weird.
