Pretty sure this is not possible but we are planning our Major Gifts engagement plan template. We are imagining associating the engagement plan with an account rather than an opportunity--of course we hope by enacting our plan we will receive a major gift, but we don't want to have a bunch of placeholder opportunities. My colleagues imagine stages of the engagement plan, such as Identification, Qualification, Solicitation etc and each of these stages would have its own tasks. I was thinking how cool it would be to see a Kanban board of all of the households in a particular stage. Is there a way to do this that I'm missing? Is anyone else using stages or phases within an engagement plan?
