With the latest release of Soapbox, you have access to a new detail view for Transactions in the Donations app that offers a wealth of information. The new Transaction detail view allows to do all of the following and much more:

• View all relevant details for the transaction provided by the donor including credit card type, expiration date and last four digits of their credit card, custom field data, billing address information, and more!
• See subsequent recurring donations on the initial recurring subscription detail view and easily access the initial recurring subscription detail record when viewing a subsequent recurring donation
• View the status of the Salesforce Lead created by Soapbox and any errors reported by Salesforce to Soapbox when attempting to create the Lead
• Determine if a transaction was not completed and abandoned by the donor after they were sent to PayPal
• View if the transaction was made onsite or off-site directly with PayPal
• Determine if a transaction was abandoned by the donor after they were sent off-site to PayPal
• View if a transaction was a test or live donation
• Designate a transaction as fraud in Soapbox
• View dedication information provided by the donor
