I apologize if this isn't the right place to post this question. It's a bit confusing trying to figure out how to use this Hub system.
I have bookmarked a number of posts/threads for future reference (to look back on) but I see no obvious way to navigate back to them. How do I do that? And if there's no particular way to do this, then I would suggest a quick and easy way to do it in the future.

Yes, the hub and the trailblazer community are separate and not connected.
To see your bookmarked posts in the trailblazer community go to the Collaboration tab, and then on the left under your profile picture you will see a section: Feed. Click the Bookmarked link under this section to see your bookmarks.
