Delete all Files in Library

I have a Library from a past employee/user. I tried to delete the Library, but cannot do so until the files in the library are deleted.

I cannot find a mass delete for all of the files in that specific library. I have been able to manually delete each file, but since there are so many, this will take forever and so tedious.

Any suggestions on how to complete?
