I see that we can individually share notes with someone, but I'd like to mass share notes that are for a particular team. Is that possible?
Example: Red team has 3 opportunities that have notes on them from specific red team SF users. I want to ensure that anyone that is a Red team user can see notes on all three opportunities, regardless of the Red team owner. #Data Management

I haven't tried that before! I'll check it out today, thank you.
UPDATE: That didn't work for me. I don't know if I did it wrong (I am not skilled at process builder or flows) or if it doesn't work for that standard object.
