We are migrating a knowledge base from Zendesk to Salesforce. A lot of articles in Zendesk have images added in the body of the articles.
We are trying to find a way to upload the images on the content of each article, and we didn't find a way to do this in a massive way. We have around 900 images in 600 articles. Doing this manually will be hard.
Is there any way to do this kind of mass update of image inside the articles?

Yeah, unfortunately with that approach this definitely some rework as you have to build a repository of images, which can be very time consuming. The only other option I can think of is if those images are publicly available in your current system, and that system is not going away, you could potentially keep the existing references to those images.
If you do go the manually route, you may be able to upload the text and then come in and add pictures where necessary so you don't have to copy and paste everything into the text. Also, if you do copy and paste the images, I would try publishing an article and confirming that the images come through. I recently did some knowledge migration where I copied and pasted images and on the surface everything looked good, but behind the scenes it wasn't actually saving the image to the article, it was referencing the the image location of the file that was copied, and when publishing this article, none of the images came through. Instead, I had to save each image and manually embed it into the article.
