When I import a CSV, both manually and through an automation, some special characters as ä , é and ö show up as �. Did anyone else encounter this issue and knows how to fix it?

Just to check, would I have to go through all these steps every single time? Because we overwrite the Data Extension through an automated process that drops a CSV to our SFTP enviroment. Adding these steps in that automated process will not be possible
