Hi, we have a client where they cannot see the calendar/events created from Salesforce back to their Outlook calendar. 

Events created from Outlook are reflected to Salesforce but not the other way around.

 

All other functionalities like Email, Contacts, other records, are syncing fine. 

 

Does anyone had a similar issue? 

I've checked this with Salesforce support and we've gone through this a lot of times but to no avail. :| #Einstein Analytics #Einstein Activity Capture #Salesforce Inbox

    I would suggest you make sure your client review's their Outlook configuration with their Outlook admin to ensure meeting creation is not blocked on that end!
