1. Is it possible to pull leads that submitted a chat request? We see the transcripts are connected to the lead/contact profile but can't seem to find a way to make this visible on their Pardot profile. I am not seeing it under Activities. 2. Has anyone tried adding an opt-in option on the pre-chat form? We want to be able to generate leads from this chat tool, but don't think it's best practice to just contact them through email without their consent.
