Feature To Monitor Clients' Social Media Accounts?

I'm looking for a social listening tool that's offered by Salesforce/Pardot that allows my company to monitor our clients' social media accounts (NOT our own accounts) to look out for exciting news, etc. that we can then feature on our own company profile as a shout out. Does anyone have any suggestions of apps/features/tools offered by Salesforce and/or Pardot that can accomplish this?
