Normal process is to update fields on the case object and click save then compose an email and click send. Would like to update fields on case object, compose an email, and then when I click "Send" for the email, have it automatically save the field updates for the case object. Less clicks. Is that possible?

Thanks for your response! Would this allow the user to type up a custom email or would this only work if the email is made standard via a template? For this scenario the emails would be manually typed up
