How to Capture ID Token in OIDC Flow?

We have a client using login.gov as OIDC provider for a Salesforce community.  Since an user may use a shared computer to login, we need to logout the login.gov session when they logout from the community. To do that, login.gov asks us to provide the ID Token of the session, as documented here: https://developers.login.gov/oidc/#logout.

How do we capture the ID Token in the OIDC process? Thank you!

Yes Thanks I also got down to Login Flow, sad that there is no standard function to retrieve it in the Standard Auth RegHandler. Also getAccessToken is only working in LoginFlow (returning null in RegHandler)
