Hi,

 

We have a validation rule set up so that when an Account Status is changed to 'Closed Lost', you have to complete the 'Lost Reason' field which is a free text box.

 

The error message appears at the top of the page instead of next to the field (even though I have selected Error Location: Field) so the user has to search for the field manually which seems to be causing issues.

 

Is it possible that when the Account Status is changed to Closed Lost, a pop-up appears with the text 'Lost Reason' field?
