Automatic report extraction and Archival - For Audit

Hi folks - My client has ~3000 unique reports which they need to do download with different filter criteria's which will eventually end up to ~150,000 reports.

 

Example: I have one report with filter state.

  • So I have to extract same report by selecting different state from drop down to get report for each state. Similar process will happen for the unique 3000 reports. (Just generic example)
Ask: Is there a way within salesforce or outside salesforce to export this report automatically by a scheduler or any other method.

 

Currently I am exploring RPA to check if its possible. If you have a better suggestion, please let me know.

 

Note: Its a one time activity in every 3 years hence RPA solution will be costly with licesing and looking for a cheaper solution.

    Would CloudAnswers Report Sender meet requirements? It is a free solution.
