No you don't use same voucher code.If you are missed exam due to any isses then you have to raised case on https://trailhead.salesforce.com/help after salesfocr provide you a New Voucher code and you can used it.
i have also same issue mu exam was cancelled due to technical issue then i raised case on trailhead and they provide me new voucher code to rescheduled exam
