Hello, I have a user who's Notications do not provide badge notifications or notifications for Chatter in their Notifications window. The Chatter notifications show up for mobile and through email, but not in Salesforce on their laptop. I logged in as the user and the Notifications Window showed the Chatter notifications. Any ideas on what may be causing this would be greatly appreciated!

    Hello Joel,

     

    It sounds like a browser setting issue. Are the site settings in the effected users browser set to block notifications?
