Validation Rule not working

Hello Community - 

 

I do not want my sales users to be able to update the Lead Status to either of these choices without having the Lead Source filled in.  Where is my mistake?

 

AND(

 

ISCHANGED(Status),

 

ISPICKVAL(Status, "Contacted"),

 

ISPICKVAL(Status, "Unqualified/Unsubscribe"),

 

ISPICKVAL(Status, "Qualified"),

 

OR(

 

ISBLANK(TEXT(LeadSource))))

    Try this:

     

    AND(

    ISCHANGED(Status),

     

    OR(ISPICKVAL(Status, "Contacted"),
