Removing Files From A Library

Good morning, Trailblazers.  We have several files that are shared in multiple Libraries.  Searching for a method to bulk associate files with a single library without removing their Record association.  I believe there may be a way to do so through DataLoader, but I haven't come across how it would work if a file is in multiple folders.

 

Appreciate any assistance the team can provide.

    Worked with Salesforce support.  Seems this isn't a clean process so I'll plan to download the duplicate files, delete them from the associated record then re-upload.

     

    Appreciate the help.
