I created a flow that updates records from a collection. I added a sort node to limit the collection size to 100 to avoid any governor limit.
Any ideas on how can I re-run the scheduled flow?

Hello Prakash,
When you schedule a flow this appears in Scheduled Jobs alongside another items such as Report Subscriptions etc.
By default you can only have a flow scheduled once based on the interval you set on the start component.
In the Database Salesforce stores the scheduled jobs in the CronTrigger object.
You can't update or insert records of this object directly. As you can't touch this object directly or insert records this way I think this leaves you with these options;
(1) Migrate to a batch apex that runs more regularly
(2) Bulkify your flow to handle bulk updates within Salesforce limits
(3) Create copies of your flow and schedule them individually
