Hi - I have stopped receiving email alerts when someone fills in a contact form on our website. We set a rule in Salesforce for an email alert to be sent to our info@ business email address (with multiple recipients) and I have now stopped receiving them.

    Hi Jack, Here are a few troubleshooting questions to help figure out the issue:

     

    What type of form is this?  A web to lead form?  Pardot? 

     

    Are records getting created in Salesforce? 

     

    Is anyone else receiving the email alerts?
