I am trying to determine how the Billable Hours (Internal) is calculated and I cannot seem to figure it out. For some projects the Hours are 2X what is Submitted from the Time Cards. Below is my understanding of the calculation and something is either missing or off.
- Billable = True
- External Resource = False
- Status = Approved or Rejected
- Include in Financials = True
- Time Credited = False
Any assistance is resolving this would be appreciated!
